Hard-and-software set (HSS) "STEL-K" was created by SPE Turbotron in cooperation with SPE Don. This one is included to main level HSS "STEL" which is central control automatization system of controlling and metering of gas. The HSS "STEL" are used in more then 50 companies on the more then 1500 objects since 1998. But the HSS "STEL-K" can be used as locally system that made one maximally effective and economical for automatization of cathodic protection systems against corrosion.

The "KATRON-1" controller
The "KATRON-1" is integrated digital block of CP rectifiers control with telemetry functions. The controller include a integrated GSM modem and module of reserved power. This one maintain fully control of CP rectifier at manual or automatic regimes, saving of base's parameters archive and controlling of critical situations.
Data are controlled and transferred by the "KATRON-1":
- Output voltage
- Output current
- Protective potential (if reference electrode is connected)
- Indications hour counter and counter time of the CP rectifier in the established mode
- Indication of power counter (as option)
- Emergency signalization to central computer and transfer duplicate SMS-message to mobile phones of operators.
- Archiving of electronic journal of the CP rectifier, with data for each hour and the volume of the journal for 2 last months.
Work's regimes of the software
In automatic regime, software execute sampling of actual parameters data's archive by schedule and specific properties from CP rectifiers are integrated to the system. For every connection the software check of archive's data and start recovery data automatically if it need. Emergency messages are sent by the controller are fixed in journal and transmit to others recipients as SMS or voice's messages if that function is actived.
In manual regime , operator has opportunity to read actual parameters, archives and to give work's regimes of CP rectifiers.
Data transmission .
System information transmit by GSM-CSD or GPRS network and as SMS. The base regime of transmission is GSM by CSD regime. The SMS messages are auxiliary service, but the controller of CP rectifier may be sampled from mobile phone (without possible of control) if this method was actived. Requested information will be returned to mobile phone as SMS message.
If outgoing request was sent from illegal number, this one will be ignored by controller.
For local installation of the system need only personal computer on work part of personnel, GSM modem and software distributive.
